Welcome to Creddio Tech. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) set the rules for using our website at tech.creddio.in (the “Site”). The Site is operated by CREDDIO PLATFORMS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED (“Creddio Tech”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By visiting or using our Site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You also agree to follow all applicable Indian laws, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) with the DPDP Rules, 2025.

1. About Creddio Tech & Nature of the Site

1.1 Studio Overview: This Site shares information about our technology studio. We showcase our work in custom software, lead generation platforms, web applications, UI/UX design, and AI tools.

1.2 Informational Content Only: Visiting our Site does not create a service contract. Project deliverables, costs, and timelines are agreed upon in a signed Master Services Agreement (MSA) or Statement of Work (SOW).

2. Duties & Obligations of Users (Section 15, DPDP Act)

Under Section 15 of the DPDP Act, 2023, you agree to these duties when you use our Site:

10.3 Digital Proceedings: Under Rule 20 and Rule 22 of the DPDP Rules, 2025, legal notices, grievance reviews, and dispute communications may be handled digitally.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when changes were made. When you continue using the Site after updates are posted, you accept the new Terms.
